How I Work

Combining techniques from Mindfulness, Body-Orientated Coaching, Creative Art Therapy, and my own experience of healing Complex PTSD, I base my work on these key three areas...

Brain

Many of the way we think and act is tied to our bodies innate desire to survive.

From your self-critical thoughts, to the moments you fly off the handle, to the times you feel stuck in the same old patterns of the past.

In developing your understanding, self-awareness and self-compassion for why your brain works the way it does, you get to re-wire your body and mind, enabling you to step away from familiar survival mechanisms of the past, and into a state of safety and serenity, where you gain access to new insights, ideas and possibilities.

Body

There is a warrior strength, resilience and capacity for the sweetest equilibrium and joy within you.

Working in the realm of the body, we blow on the embers of your desire, and give life to the potential of your healing, growth and gentle transformation.

Instead of feeling knee-deep and stuck in the mud, you will get the taste of new possibilities as new ways of seeing things emerge.

You will access the untapped magic of your internal landscape, and find the treasures hidden in the deep.

Bliss

Bliss is that feeling of putting your feet up with a well-earned cup of tea after a long day.

It's the sense that everything is alright, enjoyable and under-control even when it isn't. When you are in touch with your inner blissfulness, you gain access to so much power and energy, enhancing your ability to tend to your chosen areas of focus while feeling nourished, energised and whole.

With practice your inner-bliss becomes a part of your everyday life. As a result, stress, concerns and anxiety, decreases, as your capacity for joyfulness, strength and stability grows.
